This week I am joined by Russell (Rusty) Earnshaw who is a former professional rugby player, coach, teacher and now a coach developer and the host of a great podcast called the Magic Academy.
In this chat we talk about Rusty's journey and how it has shaped his thinking now as a coach developer and how he breaks rules and likes to be a disruptor. I really enjoyed this chat with Rusty and it has given me a lot to think about in my own coaching and the influence may or may not be having.
